Each month I send free distance Reiki healing to everyone in this group, would you like to join us?

The healing is for the group as a whole, as well as you as an individual within the group. It’s a lovely way to provide some extra support and self-care for yourself.

My approach is to blend different forms of support into the distance healing, just as I do when I work one-to-one with clients. I start by sending Reiki and then add in anything else from my range of techniques/supports that shows as being relevant.

The intention is set that you will receive the healing energy at the most appropriate time for you, so you don’t have to change your routine or schedule in any way.

Once the healing has been sent I send through an email with feedback as to what came up during the session.
