In this Introduction to Mindfulness (Part 2) workshop you’ll learn how to deepen your mindfulness practice. This will allow you to increase the benefits you’ll experience in your day to day life as a result of becoming more mindful. You’ll have plenty of opportunity to try out different mindfulness techniques. This will help you continue to build your mind muscles as well as your confidence.
