A half day workshop to provide an opportunity to practice using Reiki on each other, and/or yourself with the guidance of a Reiki Master Teacher available. These are great opportunities to build your confidence using Reiki and ask any questions you may have. There is also an opportunity to discuss any experiences you may have had between workshops.

Providing an environment of ongoing support, learning and confidence building, these workshops are relaxed and informal with the aim of allowing you to make the most of your relationship with the Reiki energy. I aim to tailor each workshop to the personal requirements of the participants, so do let me know if there are any areas in particular you would like to refresh.
