Who’s this ‘Learn Mindfulness’ workshop for?
This half day workshop is for anyone who’d like to deepen their mindfulness practice. We can look at challenges you may be experiencing as part of your current practice and how they may be resolved. Maybe you’d like additional tools to help reduce your levels of stress, worry or anxiety. This workshop also takes the next step in how we can use mindfulness in our daily life, helping us to grow as individuals. It’s ideal for you if you’d like to change your relationship with your thoughts, emotions and feelings.
All my workshops take place in a friendly, supportive, informal and relaxed environment. You’ll enjoy the benefits of learning Mindfulness in small groups ensuring your individual needs are met.
What you’ll learn in this Learn Mindfulness (Part 2) workshop
- Additional mindful techniques
- How to actively use mindfulness to change your relationship with your thoughts, emotions and feelings
- How to change your relationship with physical pain and discomfort
- And we’ll review the basics and any challenges you may have as part of your practice
