Who’s this workshop for?
This half day workshop is for anyone who’d like to deepen their mindfulness practice. Maybe you’d like to reduce your stress levels, worry less or experience less anxiety. It’ll also be helpful for anyone who’d like to sleep better, boost their immune system and experience a greater sense of wellbeing. This workshop will help you continue the journey of changing your relationship with your thoughts, emotions and feelings.
All my workshops take place in a friendly, supportive, informal and relaxed environment. You’ll enjoy the benefits of learning Mindfulness in small groups ensuring your individual needs are met.
What you’ll learn
- Additional mindful techniques
- How to actively use mindfulness to change your relationship with your thoughts, emotions and feelings
- How to change your relationship with physical pain and discomfort
- And we’ll review the basics and any challenges you may have as part of your practice
